Quit Smoking Program
Most people try to quit smoking around 20 times before being successful. The physical side of quitting is not the problem - what keeps you smoking and creates those deep cravings that have you falling back into smoking and disappointing yourself is this..... Smoking is performing a positive function in your life! And unless you can find out what that is, and put something in it's place, you will end up taking up smoking again or substituting another addictive behaviour (eating, drinking, nailbiting, anxiety attacks). In the Innerstrength Quit Smoking Program, you will discover the positive function smoking is performing and replace it, change your beliefs around smoking and quitting, learn tools and strategies to handle cravings and keep you focused on and appreciating your health. The Quit Smoking program involves up to five sessions of 90 minutes, either weekly or fortnightly.
